Your Commissioning Editor will guide you from contract signing to publication and assist with manuscript planning, timelines, and publication queries. The Commissioning Assistant helps with contracts and royalty-related matters, while the Book Project Editor supports manuscript preparation, formatting, permissions, figures, and production coordination. The Content Development Editor manages rights, licenses, cover design, and promotional content for the book. After manuscript submission, the Production Controller oversees typesetting, proofreading, printing quality, and publication schedules to ensure smooth production.

3. What We Need From You
Figures, Tables & Illustrations
- Label all figures and tables clearly
- Submit all images and tables electronically
- Use clear and high-quality images
- Mention all figures and tables in the manuscript text
- Indicate where figures and tables should appear in the manuscript
List of Tables & Figures
- Required if your manuscript contains more than 5 tables or figures
- Separate lists are needed if there are more than 20 items
Cover Design & Back Cover Information
- Provide a short book description
- Share your updated author profile and affiliation
- Submit details at least 3 months before publication
Editorial & Production Form
- Correct author names and order
- Availability during proofreading and production
- Manuscript details

4. Referencing Guidelines
We recommend using APA 7th Edition for your manuscript. However, you may use another referencing style suitable for your subject area.
In-Text Citation Guidelines
- Use and in normal sentences
- Use & inside brackets
- Include page numbers for direct quotations
- Use et al. for three or more authors
- Arrange citations alphabetically

5. Editorial Policy & Originality Guidelines

Authors must ensure that all submitted work is written in their own words, checked for accuracy, and supported by reliable evidence. Please avoid offensive, misleading, or defamatory content and follow ethical publication standards.
6. Permissions Guidance
Authors must obtain permission for any previously published or third-party content used in the manuscript, including images, figures, tables, and text. Permission clearance should be completed before submission to avoid publication delays.

8. Appendices
Appendices should be placed at the end of the book after the reference list. Use labels such as Appendix A, Appendix B, etc. All figures, tables, and equations should be clearly numbered and referred to within the manuscript text.
9. Post-Submission & Typesetting Process
After submission, the Editorial Team will review your manuscript before sending it to production. Authors will receive proofs for final checking and approval before publication.
