Research Description

  • Expertise in development of Patent non-infringement or design around” formulations of solid oral dosage for US/EU market.
  • Expertise in following technologies related to solid oral dosage forms: wet granulation, Roll compaction and fluid bed processing.
  • Expertise in development of both immediate and modified release products.
  • Expertise in development of various dosage forms of an antimicrobial agent used for urinary tract infection.
  • Successfully developed and filled more than 15 generic products for US and EU market.
  • Expertise in formulation development of NCE molecules from preclinical stage to clinical Phase I, Phase II stage. Successfully developed formulations for two NCE molecules for Phase I and Phase II clinical trials.
  • Knowledge on bioavailability enhancement of NCE molecules. Developed formulation with 3 fold increase in bioavailability
  • Development of nanosuspensions for NCE molecules by using high pressure homogenizer.
  • Excellent knowledge on lyophilization cycle development for pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. Successfully developed lyophilization cycle for one biopharmaceutical long acting injectable formulation.
  • Good knowledge on characterization techniques used for lyophilization process.
