Research Description
Dr.Sanhita Padhi has passed M.Sc. from University of Delhi in the year 1986. She has completed her Ph.D from Utkal University in the field Microbial Metabolism in Rice Soil.She has joined Odisha Public Service Commission, Youth & Higher Education Service, Govt. of Odisha in the year 1988 to 2010. Later she worked in Ravenshaw University as Associated Professor of Botany since 2010. She has served the Ravenshaw University in many capacities and involved herself in many Curricular and Extra-Curricular activities. Her research interest is in the area of Biochemistry, Green Technology and Sustainability. More than 10 no. of Ph.D students have already awarded degree and six are now perusing their research work under her supervision. She has published more than 50 number of research papers in national and international Journals of repute & presented more than 100 papers in many seminars, symposiums and workshops. She has written one books and recently two books is in the press.
